1. Introduction

Welcome to EQLX, a social media and digital collectable trading platform dedicated to sports enthusiasts. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. EQLX provides a platform for users to engage with social media features, trade digital collectables (NFTs), and more, leveraging the XRP Ledger for transactions.

2. Account Setup

Free Account and Wallet: Upon setting up a free account on EQLX, a wallet on the XRP Ledger will be established for you. This wallet serves as your account for transactions on EQLX.
Activation: To access web3.0 features, including minting and trading Digital Collectables, a deposit of 10 XRP is required to activate your wallet.

3. Ownership and Trading

Digital Collectables: Users own the Digital Collectables (NFTs) minted or traded on EQLX and can trade these using XRP. All content must be sports-related and adhere to our content guidelines.
Content Guidelines: EQLX prohibits inappropriate content. We reserve the right to block any such content using automated filters.

4. Account Deletion

To delete your EQLX account, please contact [email protected]. Note that live transactions on the blockchain, including those involving XRP and Digital Collectables, cannot be reversed.

5. Financial Limits

Wallets on EQLX cannot exceed the value of $1000 AUD at this current stage of product development, and users are responsible for their transactions.

6. Beta Disclaimer

EQLX is currently in beta mode. We are continuously working to improve our product based on user feedback.

7. Standards and Storage

EQLX digital collectables comply with the XLS-20 standards, and images associated with NFTs are uploaded to IPFS for decentralized storage.

8. Amendments

EQLX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these changes.
